Cedar's staff could be seen in residential communities as well as in hospitals.

According to the protection guidelines issued by the Guangzhou Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, three provincial and municipal designated hospitals to admit patients infected with the coronavirus have their logistic support services provided by Qingde Property Management Company (Qingde) under Cedar Holdings. As a member of Cedar Property Management Group, Qingde is the largest service provider for medical institutions within Guangdong Province. In addition, Qingde asks its staff to search for qualified manufacturers and purchase supplies needed to fight against the coronavirus.

Closed-off management for further prevention

Closed-off management is performed in residential areas under Qingde's management, and vehicles coming in and out are subject to strict check. Temperatures checks are rolled out on people entering and leaving the residential areas. Everyone must wear a mask to protect himself or herself from the coronavirus. Help is given to medical staff to quarantine and revisit suspected cases within the residential areas.

Our staff's safety is key to the residents' safety.

During the combat with the epidemic, only by strengthening the safety of the staff can the health and safety of the residents be protected. Cedar Property Management Group distributes masks and gloves to the staff working in the frontline, asks them to wash their hands frequently and check their temperature before starting to work.
