The construction of 200 KTA NBR latex facility was finished and put into operation. The 100 KTA phase I of the facility has been on-stream in November 2020.
With an investment of RMB 680 million, the construction of 200 KTA NBR latex facility kicked off on August 9, 2020. Production lines of the phase I went into commissioning and trial and successfully started up on November 17. This means it took a 100 days only to finish the phase I construction, a record speed of construction in Qixiang Tengda. The phase I facility operates smoothly and reaches its production capacity as planned.
The Phase II will go into commissioning and trial on January 3, 2021. It is the result of Qixiang Tengda’s staff working together against the odds imposed by cold snaps and heavy snow. The facility has generated qualified products with all the processes in place. The phase II coming aboard is expected to bring the annual capacity of NBR latex to above 200,000 tons.
