Recently, the second headquarters of Cedar Holdings was found on the Top 100 projects of Huangpu District, Guangzhou, marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of CPC.
The second headquarters building of Cedar Holdings covers an area of 30,000 m2 with a gross floor area of 160,000 m2. It is designed to be an iconic TOD project mixing office, commercial properties and spaces for public use.
Offices inside the headquarters will be built against the standard of Class A office buildings while commercial properties will accommodate education, culture, arts, sports and retail spaces as well as restaurants.
Covering an area of 47,000 m2, the office space combined with a “sky garden” will provide abundant greenery to the headquarters building. Recreational spaces in the sky will also be built to meet the needs of employees to take a break, which also serves the purpose of this building — “ a garden for work”.
Commercial properties cover an area of 57,000 m2, designed to be a boutique commercial cube of Guangzhou Science City, an energy supplier for premium life and a neighbourhood community centre providing quality service for the life, work and entertainment of people in Guangzhou Science City.
